Christmas Day!

Ho HO Ho!!! Christmas is one of my favourite occassion throughout the years! it feels so magical and all...Usually, i will be attending a Christmas mass or a party if someone throws one! This year is rather exceptional, i spent it in K.L. What's bad about it? I'm trapped at home for the whole Christmas night! Aaaarrrgggghhhh...My parents are busy playing 'mah jong' with my family friend's parents (Mr.&MRs. Teh). My bro and Tai Wei is like stuck in front of the comp and i'm glued to the T.V. Thank god for HBO and CINemax and Star Movies and Hallmark! My time is filled up! HOwever, i feel so sick in a way! Too much of tv makes me feel pukish and meaningless...

my friend Li Yan is still in Aussie, she will only be back on the 27th morning! HOwever, we had goood food! We ate in this restaurant on Christmas Eve...very very special cooking! Fried lotus stick with dried cuttlefish, nice steam fish, Taufoo with gravy that taste like sharkfin soup and a bit of rice wine, curried something...ahh..2 more other dishes which i couldn't recall. Yummmmyyy betullll!! I'm sucha pigg....

We were there for like nearly 4-5 days! Kinda fuun actually....better than getting stuck in Taiping, there will be totally no event at all!

Artsy Mood

I thougth i have lost my love for art. I have never touched a single craft work since i have entered Form 6. Something just woke me up the other day...and guess what would that be from? My dearest mom's daily naggin! hahahaa...finally found some good over it. As usual...she rattles in the morning, then something really hit me: 'You got to start waking up early in the morning..what happened to your creative ideas? Get up and write some lyrics or something'..hahaha Somehow, i started thinkin, where have my art mood and creative side gone too?

Well then...i'm in the mood again...i dug up all my books..all those art books which i took so much of energy to save up money to buy! In the end, it is great satisfaction! I started browsing through it, Christmas is like a week away...i started making pop up cards for my friends...Finally made 6 in three days, i've still got like 2 more imcomplete! The other four have been sent out! I know its gonna be a late christmas or new year greeting! LOL...To those that have received it..hope ya like it!

I've finally succeedeeed in fixing those complicated 360 degrees pop up cards! Few years ago, i tried the Pagoda pop up, it never worked..kinda abandoned it for awhile :P...bad attitude to have i know...willing to change it...hahha

It was fun, i wake up like 10 am...had lunch or breakfast..start work till 3pm and go straight to 5...after my daily tv. prog...10.30pm till ike 2-3 am..i think i've never worked so hard for ages! When i'm doing art work, i know i can sit there forever and forgets about food.

I still remember our Pesta Ria and our Black Balloon Company!Some of the products that we have produced for sales to collect fund are candles (all kinda love shape and colours), our jewelry beads (lotsa cool designs from everyone of us) and a few more stuff which i could not remember! Those are really fun activities to be in :D

I think i'm gonna start cooking up some card design already! And glass painting! My favvv!!! I just remembered about how i wanted so much to take the glass painting class when i was 17 or less! Ahhh..tadaaa..that's bout it!

Old Time Buddies

In this two weeks after Lor left, I've been like hanging out with old time buddies! Yvonne was back! I have been out with her for the whole time. Nearly every night we would just sit at siang malam or mamak store to drink coffee and chat. Then, her mum went for an operation. Few days later, Shaun came down to TAiping...i have been cruising around taiping with them, and also dinner at her place for a few days in a row! *pai seh* paiseh* Really nice food that her grandma cooked!

Then, met up with Chandu as well..it's been ages. Next Neet and En jee came back! And also Wan Kong! This boy alwiz says he will be coming baack, finally he arrived in person..lol..He look like jap man! but he's nott...We watched En jee's bungee jumping footage in New Zealand! IT's awesome...134m high!! Fuhh!

It's just so much fun hanging out with old time buddies!

Back home for good again....

After the tiring Genting trip, i head home to taiping the next day, with a surprice visitor,Miss Lorraine Chai! NO place to lepak in K.L., so i kinda bug her to stay over at my place. I don't think we did much stuff in Taiping...most of the time we are lethargic or we are stuck in front of the t.v. or computer. My town can be a boring place to be if u are a very city person.

We vowed to wake up early everyday to jog...LOL...never did happen. We slept till eleven. She gets to meet my friend Yvonne when she is here. WE went for tea in some mamak store. Brought her round town to try some of the food in taiping, to check out the cemetry in my place (Taiping Prestavest), lake garden, market place and a few more spots around. She went back to K.L. on Thurs and boarded a plane back to kuching on Friday.

That woman also got a me a lovely candle holder made outta candle! It's really awesome,....an early Christmas gift! it's really sweet!

Love candles and their holders so much! Joy also did brought me some cute flower candles from Indo as well.

OH yeahhh.we also went to this fortune teller lady! hahahha...funny...She is from China and she kinda reads astrrology and palm and face. Not much on fortune n future, but more on the positive and negative side of each personality. So, it allows us improve our personality. My first encounter and hers as well. We had so much in common...rather bizarre and just amazing!
