Woke up rather early..which is 8.00 am, was stoned for a while at the foyer. Then i went to the library and finish my internet stuff. Finally all settled, i'm off to Subang Parade to kill time. I am suppose to reach Kepong Ktm at 1pm. Besides that, i was suppose to buy contact lense, instead..i bought books...ahhh..something which i couldnt' resist usually. Darn..., no more contact lense after the amount of $$$ spent on music books...
Finally reached kepong but i was a bit late, i mis-calculated the time there, din expect the journey was that long. Aunty Jenny came and pick my us up and served us spaghetti for lunch..yuummyy :) Then my parent's finally reached kl in the evening. The weekend was just mostly travelling. My bump hurts after sitting in the car for so long. We went to like so many places like Wan Utama, Ikea and Ikarno, Bandar Tun Razak, Hang Tuah area and around DAmansara. Pity my dad who have to drive us around. Dinner was sucky this time, we keep eating noodles during the weekend. Got kinda sick of it. The nasi lemak happens to sold out when we came on sunday nite, back to noodles again. errrkkk....
Again, i bought anohter book in wan utama...die die...I will sacrifice cny shopping for those books i have spent this month :D. HOwever, i did not regret a bit about it. So in January, i bought two books on salad and chicken cookbooks, two music books for violin and keyboard, 2 self help books (positive confrontation and the stars within you) and 2 other on knowledge issue ( some burn rate diet and money book). Happy with what i found though...hhehehe
So was finally back on Sunday midnight, was really tired....i know i will be stoned on Monday..It was a good break though :D from all the boredom at home...
Just one thing, too bad i din get to meet up Lorraine and Neeta, so will catch them around anther time i guess

A break is good
People find me crazy to go to KL for a holiday. That's because i study there like 8 months a year and maybe gonna be station there for work in the future. However, i guess i got into a habit or maybe a chilhood routine to look forward to the city whenever i need a holiday. We travel like few times a year there during my school holidays. I miss my hometown Taiping too, just that i need a balance between living in a tranquil place and a hectic city. Too much of peace drive me nutss!!
Hahhaha...So i was down in Kl on the 26th! first thing when i reached, i was just in time to meet up old music friend, mr. wang for lunch. Then, next i'm off to cleaning my room, chatting up with nit and then i'm off to the library looking for books and uploading some pics. The internet in the uni is excellent, the connection is superb theere! I could like upload 10 pics in 20 min. Too bad the picture website was down, so i had to upload the next day. Grrrr...
While walking back to my hostel, i bump into my uni mates Joanna! DIn expect to see her there! So we kinda chatted till nearly dinner time...It;s so goodd to see my friends again, i've been trapped at home for quite some time already. Nobody is back in town.
The school's cafeteria has changed a lot man! IT's like this ikea style restaurant! Does look really awesome! We sat down and ate pretzels there. Finally, we have our very own auunty anne's in the cafeteria. Then the nite came, i was suppose to go clubbing in Zouk with wannie and neet, then i was just not up for it this time :( , Sorry bout that gals! Instead, Wan drove me to this place called Asian Cafe aroudn ss15! Whoahh..the amount of variety there really excites me! The placee is nice to just hang out, a very nice eating square :D i had spaghetti :P
Then, by the time i reach home, it's like nearly 9 pm..i was too lazy to move when i got home. Tired after the long journey since 7.30 am... so Zzzzz after that. Despite the mosquito attack session during my sleep, only fell asleep at 4 am....arrrghhh

One Day Trip
Had a one day trip down to Ipoh! Just my parents and i. It was a bloody hot day and it's a public holiday as well. The malls were like crowded.
Firstly, we stopped by to check out the new Tesco in Ipoh. Kids were running around and bumping into giants around them. Trolleys were everywhere, hardly enough space for anybody to cross. Women were screaming over their child. I keep having women screaming across my ears to the other side. It was so annoying! I keep thinking how rude can people get these days...*sigh* I couldnt' wait to get out of that place in fact. We ended up with a few packets of flour, my fav dried apricot and some other groceries...nothing much. I get irritated when the crowd gets too big, gives me the headache...hehe
Then, we went over to Jaya Jusco Ipoh...a much better place to be. Eventhough there were a lot of people there, somehow it was much more comfortable there. I was practically stucked in the bookstore for 2 hours. Thinking and considering which book to get! There were one of positive thinking and the ways of a 'star'...
4 most important factor to shine like a star: TALENT, TEAM, LUCK and RAGE..It' was cool. TALENT doesn't consist only writing, singing, drawing or anything artistic. In fact, you've got talent even if you are good in cooking, caregiver, people person and etc...anything you are good at can be consider a talent :). TEAM, ya gotta have a group of people who will get you there, support you, gives you encouragement and etc..Then, LUCK, knowing how to seize any opportunity and make full use of your resources around you..lastly, RAGE!!not in a negative sense, this ever-burning flame to fight for what you dream for, no matter how other sees it....if you believe and take enough action, you will make it :D
Then, i found another book on body language as well, darnn..i wish i have that much cash to owe all those books...LOL..HOwever, nothing too dissapointing, i got myself 2 coooking books which i could afford. Besidees, i think i need some new tips on what to cook when my new semester starts. Something which is delicious and fast! One book on Salads and another on Fast Chicken Recipes..YUmmmyy
Lastly, before we went back, finally has dinner at this place which i have been craving for! Claypot Crab Rice...not bad at all! HOwever, i still fancy the Crab with Tang Hoon(a type of noodles)..So now i'm back with a full tummy again, just in time to catch my 2 dramas as well....
Oh yeah! Had a surprise visit from my very old friend's parents! Mrs and Mr Chu! So long since i've met Min Ai..It's really troublesome to lose your mobile phone, ya just lost all your old contacts as well! Finally managed to get in touch with them again, such a great feeling :P She's currently in Tasmania, planing to apply for a PR there as well after her graduation in dec 2004

Lost Contacts
We had a Masonian dinner at the lodge today. Apparently, it was a triple celebration dinner for New Year, Christmas and Deepavali.I have been attending this dinner annually since 2000 perhaps or 2001...hmm...can't remember. Met a few friends there where we would normally hang out together during those boring dinners. Our parents will be busy chatting away with their own cliques usually.
Nippy, Keshmin, and Ms. Khor...we would have endless conversation. As years go by, one by one of them dissappeared. So have i...we were all off for our studies out of town.
Finally this year, i met back with nippy and kesh, it's been more than a year. Lost contacts finally met again. Since my hp is gone, her num went missing along with it. She had her hair short! hahah..finally..She nearly couldn't recognize me with my new hair..hahah. It is a Punjabi custom for girls to have long hair, and she broke it..should have seen her mummy's expression on her new hair...

What's up lately?
I'm really good at abandoning blogs these days i think :P My holidays passed so fast! It's like Zooooommm and we are in 2005 now! Every single day, i am busy with my piano, sleep,t.v. and just enjoying my life back home.
I've got like one and a half months more before Monash's term starts again! *screams*. I am working on my Bach's Prelude and Fugue, sucha confusing piece. I hate Fugue especially,i can just sit the whole day there or maybe a few weeks to get my finguring right. Frusfrating! The Minuet is more relaxing and calming to play :D. Love that, getting better with Ravel's Rigaudon as well. What's left now is Debussy's Minstrel to work on, that would be after my Fugue.
Really hope that i am good enough to take my exam in May or JUne..praying real hard that it would not fall on the same day as MOnash's final exam if its in JUne.
So what have i done lately? Hmmm...Went and rebond my hair. I look like a rag doll...damnn...i think i'm gonna get a new hair cut in K.L.in next three weeks. The barber there are much better than here..i think the lady just ruined my hair! Aaarrrghhh....
I baked some cookies a couple of days ago :D It's called 'Choc chip Dough to go'..kinda taste ok..just not crispy enough...
Weather today: Rainyy
HOping that i could go for Jay zhou's concert, Too bad there is only RM 118 tickets left...all the VIP seating and cheap ones are sold out.Hot and talented guy on stage...no wonder for it :D
Nothing much to talk about, everyday is the same...i'm not gonna start rattling bout piano and piano and piano the whole blog...It would be a total crap *grins*
