Sometimes, when you like someone, that special someone falls for some else or someone else took a step before you to express their feelings to that special someone you know. At the end, you can only lie to yourself, or perhaps protect yourself by giving your blessing to them. Be their good friend and console when that special someone is sad. Basically, just swallowing your own feelings for the happiness of others...
